These Terms govern your use of Abs by AI, an AI-powered fitness visualization and coaching service available at absbyai.com and through the Abs by AI iOS and Android apps ("the Service"), operated by Abs By AI ("we", "our", "us"). By creating an account, uploading a photo, or purchasing a membership or credits, you agree to these Terms.
Abs by AI uses AI models (including Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude, and third-party image models accessed via Replicate) to generate a visualization of what you might look like after body-composition changes, based on a photo you upload. It also offers AI-driven coaching tools: a training program builder, a nutrition/macro tracker, a sleep coach, and a supplement audit.
You must be 18 or older to use the Service. Photos that appear to depict a minor are automatically rejected. The Service is not intended to diagnose, treat, or provide medical advice — see our Disclaimer.
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. You can permanently delete your account and associated data at any time from Member Hub → Account → Delete my account.
Abs by AI offers an optional paid membership with two plans:
New subscribers get a 7-day free trial. A valid payment method is required to start the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be automatically charged the full plan price ($19.99 for monthly, $69.99 for annual), and your membership will automatically renew at that price on the same billing cycle (monthly or yearly) until you cancel. Returning subscribers who have previously held a membership are charged immediately and are not eligible for a new trial.
How to cancel: Cancel any time from the Manage Subscription card in your Member Hub, or by emailing support@absbyai.com. Canceling stops future billing; you keep access through the end of the period you already paid for (or the remainder of your trial, with no charge).

As an alternative to membership, you can purchase one-time credit packs (e.g. Starter Pack $4.99 / 5 credits, Power Pack $14.99 / 20 credits). Credits are consumed per image generation or meal analysis and do not expire or auto-renew.
Posters and canvas prints of your generated image are fulfilled by a third-party print partner and billed as a one-time purchase at checkout, priced per item and size as shown before you pay.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
You retain rights to the photos you upload. You're granted a personal license to use the images the Service generates for you (e.g. sharing, printing). We do not claim ownership of your uploaded photos or your generated results.
The Service is provided "as is." AI-generated images and AI coaching guidance (training, nutrition, sleep, supplements) are informational and creative tools, not medical, dietary, or professional advice — see our Disclaimer. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Abs By AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
