If you're charged for a membership (monthly or annual, after your 7-day free trial ends) and change your mind, email us within 7 days of the charge and we'll refund it in full — no questions asked. Just reply to your confirmation email or write to support@absbyai.com.
Canceling during your free trial means you are never charged in the first place. You can cancel any time from the Manage Subscription card in your Member Hub.
One-time credit purchases (Starter Pack, Power Pack) are refundable within 7 days of purchase if the credits haven't been used, no questions asked. Partially used packs are handled case-by-case — email us and we'll make it right.
Posters and canvas prints go into production shortly after you order, so once an order has entered production it generally can't be canceled or refunded except for a print quality defect. If your print arrives damaged or defective, email us with a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll reprint or refund it.
Email support@absbyai.com with the email address on your account and what you'd like refunded. Refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
